Distressed Property Disclaimer

Our goal is to bring you only true distressed property listings such as Real Estate Owned (REO), Fannie Mae Homepath®, Short Sales, etc. When agents submit their listings to us we use filters to only bring in their listings that have been notated as distressed. However in rare instances properties can be mistakenly identified as distressed or mistakenly entered by the agent as distressed.

Some agents will use the word "foreclosure" or "short sale" in the property description despite the property not truly being distressed. They often do this in a way like "this home is not a foreclosure or short sale". We are constantly updating our filters to exclude listings that fall into this category. Please however, verify with the listing agent displayed on the listing to verify if the listing is truly distressed.

Please help us keep the distressed listing part of our site accurate. If you are an agent or seller and your listing is mistakenly listed on our website as distressed please contact us immediately to have the listing removed.
