Tony you are not going to beleive this; Craig just suggested that I contact you for other areas other than Redford, Livonia etc. I am interested in this area, Wyandotte, Riverview, Sterling Heights and neighboring cities away from the Detroit area. Yes, I am in the mddle of a chapter 13.. will you try to fight for me. I have until October to locate a home. We met late last fall, but your schedule was so full you suggested I talk to Craig. I too was interested in doing a short sale. Craig says, there is no way I can buy or barely can rent with my credit rating. I believe in the impossible. Do you????
