Our Simple Loan Process
You complete our easy online application or you can call and apply over the phone with a Loan Advisor. The Loan Advisor that is assigned to your mortgage request, will then immediately submit your application into our automated underwriting system and obtain a loan approval. We lock yoru desired rate and at this point, our Concierge Team will begin finalizing the loan process, obtaining any conditions of the loan approval and requests copies of any required documentation needed to process your application for a final approval.
Our Concierge Team receives all of the requested documents and disclosures and handles your loan from application to closing. We are available to you any time (even during weekends) either via email or phone and will keep you informed during your loan process.
