FHA Seller Concessions Under Attack

Buyers and sellers will be hurt if this proposal passes. The FHA desires to reduce seller concessions "to one in line with industry norms" without truly understanding industry norms. Conventional loans have concession caps of 3%, 6% and 9%. VA does not have a cap, and neither does USDA. Renovation borrowers will be especially hurt by this proposal.
