If you would rather ask me questions instead of reading all this information, please give me a call seven days a week from 8am to 8pm. (Thank you for NOT dropping in without an appointment.) Call Ric at 425-774-7651 (home) 206-353-1292 (cell) or email octipiric@comcast.net Kings Court is really a wonderful place to live. It is located at the east end of 196th St. SW at the top of the hill. It is surrounded by hundreds of tall, majestic trees making it a serene, park like setting that few know exists. Yet it is only 5 minutes from I-5 or I-405, Alderwood Mall, banking, schools, churches, bus service, and every conceivable type of shopping. North Seattle is 15 minutes away, downtown Seattle is 30 minutes during non-peak traffic hours, and Everett is only 15 minutes to the North. Kings Court is a family park although there are not a lot of children. Most residents are mature adults to senior citizens that do not live a party life style. Crime has never been a problem; many residents feel comfortable leaving their doors unlocked. Late night walks are quiet and relaxing. Small dogs and cats are welcome. All units are owner occupied and sub letting is not an option. The make of my mobile home is a Sandpoint. It was built in 1986 and is 14 wide x 56 long. A new 10 x 12 deck was added the summer of 2006. A new Pella sliding door was added for access from the master bedroom to the deck. The carpeted master bedroom has a double closet. The carpeted second bedroom has a standard closet. The bathroom has a shower head in the tub, an exhaust fan, new lighting, new flooring, new cabinet, sink, and fixtures, new mirror, and a new, 100% mirrored medicine cabinet. The carpeted living room flows into a large open kitchen that has a stove, dishwasher, new flooring, cathedral ceiling, and a triptych bay window that looks out on the front garden. The refrigerator and free standing storage unit will go with me when I leave. The kitchen has a large, deep, panty style, four shelf storage closet. A full size washer and dryer sit at the end of the carpeted hall where there is access to the back porch. Both front and back door are new steel doors with oversized view ports. Both have new screen doors with split, sliding windows. The front one is made by Pella. The heating system is the original. It runs great and was last serviced March, 22, 2007. I change the filters regularly and this summer I installed a new Hunter thermostat. All the light fixtures are new; three are Tiffany style as are the two wall sconces in the hall. There are three, art glass, pendant style halogen lights over the kitchen sink. There are new draperies with tie backs, valances, and new Levelor style blinds throughout. My unit is wired with three Verizon phone outlets and three Comcast TV/Internet outlets. There is room in the driveway for two vehicles, with one fitting under the car port. My lot is one of the largest in the park.
