We have put a bid on a short sale home and are waiting for bank approval. The Bank has sent people to the home to do pictures (bbo or something) last week and it is a full cash from us bid, does that look good? Also Does this make the home that we are buying for us change the value or any bad for buying a short sale home? It is still the same for us as if we our buying a regular sale?

I am a little upside down in my mortgage and really need to get into a bigger home due to growing family. My thoughts are that my only option is to short sell? My credit is already bruised . How would I go about doing a short sale and getting into a new home? Is it possible? I will loose a ton of money on current home but hope to get back to even on next home? Any sugestions?
